Ingredients
- 1 deep dish, 9 inch pie crust or 2 regular pie crusts (Deep dish – store bought or make your own. If you use the 1 deep dish plate you will probably have filling left over)

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham

- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Tips and Tricks
- Prebaking the pie crust for 10 minutes helps to prevent it from getting soggy once the egg mixture is added.
- Combine the diced ham, chopped broccoli florets, and shredded cheddar cheese with the egg mixture for even distribution within the quiche.
- This recipe requires a deep dish and, 9-inch pie plate. Adjust your crust size if using a regular pie pan by rolling it out to fit.
