Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 ½ cups water
1 package onion soup mix (or homemade equivalent)
10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Take a 9×13-inch baking pan and coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the pan and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Evenly spread the uncooked rice over the seasoned chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top of the rice.
