DIY Fairy Jar For Decoration

You may have tried the fairy jars made from glow-in-the-dark sticks, but they often don’t last long and become dull over time. You must try this DIY Fairy Jar, which is different because it can last for years. Materials: 

• One middle-size jar
• Acrylic paint
• Artificial flowers
• Fairy dust (white and pink )
• Fairies made from cartons
• Moss
• Lightening

Tools: 

• Scissor
• Brush
• Glue gun

Cutting the Stickers: 

Start by carefully cutting out your chosen stickers. Make sure to follow the lines closely to ensure a clean and even cut. This will make your stickers look neat when you apply them to the jar.

Painting the Jar: 

Next, take your preferred paint color and begin to coat the entire outside surface of the jar evenly. Use smooth, gentle strokes to avoid any clumping or uneven patches. Dont allow it to dry, and proceed to the next step.

Adding Glitter to the jar: 

While the paint is still wet, sprinkle your chosen glitter all over the jar. Make sure it adheres to the paint properly to see a beautifully sparkling result. You can go with the same color throughout the jar or try a different colors. Let it dry completely to ensure the glitter stays in place.

Sticking the fairies inside the jar:

After your jar has fully dried, carefully place your paper fairy cutouts inside using a glue gun. Position them however you’d like, but ensure they’re visible through the jar’s clear surface to achieve the magical fairy-in-a-jar effect.

 

Adding flowers on the Bottom: 

Now, you need to adhere some artificial or real flowers to the bottom of the jar. This adds a touch of natural beauty to your fairy jar and also provides a colorful background for your fairies.

Adding flowers around the mouth of the jar:

Covering the lid with Berlap:
